All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We currently deliver within Australia only. International markets and shipping options may be introduced in the future.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings.

Product availability is subject to change. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it, and an item may sell out before your order is completed.

Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide, including your email address and delivery details, is complete and accurate.

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, stock discrepancies or other genuine errors affecting the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to your original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AUD.

We make every effort to ensure pricing and product information is correct. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a significant pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be dispatched.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend required.

Please allow for order processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Returns & Store Credit

We hope you love your Shirt By Amelie purchase, but if the size isn’t quite right or you’ve changed your mind, eligible items may be returned for store credit.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used across our online store.

We do not provide cash refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Items must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Store Credit Policy to be eligible for return.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Returns Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully check orders before dispatch. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shirtbyamelie.com.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, your rights may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Our change-of-mind returns policy does not limit these rights.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Shirt By Amelie may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are available for a limited time.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to exclusions or additional conditions.
Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

Store Credit

Store credit issued by Shirt By Amelie may be used towards eligible purchases through our online store.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
