If you would like to request a return, please email hello@shirtbyamelie.com before sending your item back.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be:

In its original condition

With all original tags attached

Free from marks, makeup, perfume or other signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know when your store credit has been issued.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Please use a tracked shipping service when returning your order, as Shirt By Amelie cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
